1. All commissioned work from me is for personal use only as commercial use is double the price. Strictly no NFTs or AI usage; this is non-negotiable.

2. Waiting time ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months. IF it takes longer than that, you may upgrade your order by 1 tier with no additional cost as long as I'm notified. (example: Upgrade to render from a flat-colored order)

3. I have the right to display your commission as an example for others to see; if you wish to keep it private, notify me before or upon completion of the art.

4. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

5. Sensitive information within the transaction will always remain confidential.

6. Refunds will only be given if something happens on my side; otherwise, all sales are final. Please carefully consider before hiring me.
