Terms Of Service

| 1. Waiting time ranges from 2 weeks to 3 months. IF it takes longer than that, you may upgrade your order by 1 tier with no additional cost as long as I'm notified. (example: Add shading to a flat-colored order) |
| 2. Any commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Commercial use is double the price. Strictly no NFTs or AI usage; this is non-negotiable. |
| 3. Always credit me if you repost my work. |
| 4. Only those who are of legal age (18+) may commission R18 from me. This costs 50% more than base price. |
| 5. Complicated designs will have a 5% fee increase according to the commission type's total price. |
| 6. Additional characters will cost extra depending on how much of them is shown in the artwork. |
| 7. Simple backgrounds? Free! Detailed backgrounds? Costs extra, needs discussion. |
| 8. Rush orders/Priority will cost an extra 5 USD per day for a maximum of 7 days ($35 max). I need at least a week and timeliness + full cooperation in replying to any questions I may have regarding your order. |
| 9. I have the right to display your commission as an example for others to see; if you wish to keep it private, notify me before or upon completion of the art. |
| 10. I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. |
| 11. Sensitive information within the transaction will always remain confidential. |
| 12. Refunds will only be given if something happens on my side; otherwise, all sales are final. Please think and carefully consider your financial situation before hiring me. |
| 13. Failure to comply will warrant to temporary or permanent blacklisting depending on severity. |
